See the attached file in #116 and the file I just attached. The file I attached uses OpenSSL 1.1.1 (which is the latest version).
tls1.0.pcapng.zip

Since TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are deprecated, it might be a problem in the future.

I couldnt confirm 100% that this is a PyOpenSSL problem.
