Calculate tip based off pre-tax bill amount

Would be nice to be able to configure tax amount and do tip calculations based off pre-tax total.

Could even take it a step further and automatically figured out the tax and use that value but unsure what free services are out there that can do that. I've seen some other tip calculators do this (Ez Bill - Tip Calculator).
