All timelines stop showing data on Dec 30 or Jan 1st

Describe the bug
Looking at usage metrics, all timelines seem to end on Jan 1st or Dec 30th. For example:

I've verified and the histograms are still firing, so it seems like it is just a problem with the UI not showing more recent information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any property's timeline. Like css: width. css animation: transform, js/html SecureContextCheckPassed
2. See that the graph doesn't go past the mentioned dates

Expected behavior
The graphs should be more up to date.

Our server has been getting data from our backend each day. The problem seems to be with how the top line-chart is displayed. It seems to align the dots to the first of each month, and not show anything in the latest month until the first day of the next month. E.g., it is currently showing up through Feb 1.
