Chrome status entry not plugged into DevRel / blog post / dev article process?

We are launching this now:

According to @rachelandrew, this never showed up on their roadmap or dashboard to enter into any of the technical writing processes, like release notes etc.

I have tried to edit the issue, but I can only seem to add rollout steps or change the original launch attempt (124).

What are we supposed to do here? This was a rolled back launch due to a broken implementation, and we are re-launching it now (likely this week or next week to 100%). Should we be creating new statuses for re-rollouts? Is there something to edit here I'm not seeing
