Refactor CRChains to use the lantern dependency graph #3938

Identified in #3450

A few audits already using the CRChains but we want to make sure the graph it provides is identical to the one we're investing in with Lantern.

Longterm: Add better traversal methods to the graph so its straightforward for all audits to consume.
