Provide the steps to reproduce

  1. Run LH on mobile for https://www.google.com via https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse/run

What is the current behavior?

Report is generated, however, there is a horizontal scroll bar when viewed on mobile and rendering isn't optimal: https://builder-dot-lighthouse-ci.appspot.com/report.1543118339965.html

What is the expected behavior?

No horizontal scrollbar
