I suggest you file a bug report for the chromium framework then. The PIP window properties is not controlled by this extension. |

Arc, a Chromium-based browser, supports Picture-in-Picture (PiP) on top of full-screen applications on macOS. |

Let's suppose I have three screens.
Number one is my desk, number two is full-screen Chrome and number three is full-screen VSCode.
Going PiP will shows the video in both Chrome full-screen and Desk screen, but it won't show in VSCore (or any other non-Chrome full-screen apps)
