Try this bookmarklet. You will need to click on it before trying to enter PiP mode. Let me know if it doesn't work.

Disney+ is compatible with the BetterPiP Chrome extension, available on GitHub. It currently requires manual installation, but will soon be accessible through the Google Chrome Store.
