Feature Request

Allow users to upload and render the results of a previous PSAT CLI run.

User Story: As a developer or site owner, I want to be able to compare analysis results as I work on getting my side ready for 3PCD.

Acceptance Criteria:

PSAT CLI always saves the results of last analysis
PSAT CLI labels output files indicating URL or Sitemap, date
