Feature Request

Description:
Unify codebase and feature set with PSAT extension by leveraging the reusable components built
We need to add the following features to the CLI

Hi @ayushnirwal, Verified the PR and confirmed that the exemption reasons are properly visible on the cookie landing page. However, I noticed the following:

  • The filter for the exemption cookies is not added. The filter should be clearly displayed, and users should be able to select filter values.

  • In the HTML report, the Exemption cookie section is visible above the known breakages section. However, on the landing page, it is displayed below it. The HTML report should be consistent with the cookie landing page.
