libavif v1.0.1 has an option that automatically chooses the best possible tile cols/rows pair, would be cool to let the user select that.

Currently the user must select a pair of tile rows/cols options. Once implemented, it might be better to keep autoTiling as the default, and give the user a checkbox titled "Manual tile sizes" that causes an Expander to show the manual controls.
