The readme.md file shows "How to run a sample" but there's no requirements.txt in the referenced folder. #12325

Repro steps:

Open README.md
Go to the section on "How to run a sample".
Follow steps 1 (Change directory to one of the sample folders, e.g. logging/cloud-client), and 2.

On step 3, "pip install -r requirements.txt", note that logging/cloud-client doesn't have a requirements.txt.
