New Feature: History Panel to reuse previously used Magnet & Torrent Links

Why this feature is necessary or What's the issue with the existing system?

• The main issue is that once a User finds the Magnet or Torrent Link He might lose it afterward because there are high chance that it must be copied from the internet. If there is some mechanism where we can store it in the local database then we can overcome this issue.
• So, On the Create Task Screen there should button for History where It opens a pop-up window showing all previously used links that can be reused by clicking on it.

Motivation to build this feature

• I found the project interesting and I gave it a try. I was surfing the internet and found a magnet link, then I tried with chopped. On the other day when I was looking for the same magnet link. It was not there on the internet where I brought it from. Immediately I realised it's a desperately required feature.
• I cloned the repo and started understanding the code and finally working on the feature.
