下载以下文件到软件目录可以启动了。

api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll
api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-0.dll
api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll

flutter官方不支持win7，所以也不打算折腾了，实在想用可以参考：#180

不行，拷贝这些文件到 Win7 上后，双击直接闪退。。
