希望可以接管浏览器下载，目前下载需要现在浏览器复制下载链接，打开客户端下载，流程有点繁琐，希望可以出个chrome插件之类的可以接管浏览器下载

1.2.0支持对外暴露api使用了，后面有空我把对接文档写一下，这样交个第三方开发者来对接就可以了

新版本接口有break change，等发版的时候会把接口文档一并发布

客户端未打开情况下，必须依靠浏览器插件唤起下载器
桌面端已打开情况，可以全局监听剪贴板信息判断是否自动创建新下载任务
