I followed the documentation to trust root certificates on Firefox. Cannot access sgts gitlab.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Use a MacBook, latest OS (Ventura), install latest Firefox browser (114.0.2)
  2. go to about:config on Firefox, and ensure security.enterprise_roots.enabled is true
  3. Try to access sgts gitlab, and login with Techpass Credentials with Warp switched on
  4. Will have account does not exist (unauthenticated)

Steps I did to allow Firefox to access:

  1. Go to Cloudflare Certificate Page and download .crt
  2. Go to Firefox, Preferences >> Privacy & Security >> Certificates >> View Certificates and import the download .crt certificate manually
  3. Try to access gitlab or any deep dashboard, you should be able to.

Can help verify if this is a valid issue, and whether the solution works. If so, we can update the documentation?
