When starting the program, the process starts (it is visible in task manager) but the window does not open and has to be manually killed via end task.
I first noticed the issue after installing Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14295 and persists in newest build 14316. Issue reproduces on both of my machines running these Windows builds.
Issue appears to have been introduced with KanColleViewer version 4.1.3. Version 4.1.2 opens correctly, but all versions I tried from, 4.1.3 onward will not start correctly. Downstream English forks based off the same versions are also affected.
