Hello, I was wondering if there was an easy way to run this code with one sequence as an input, by that I mean, I have a flexible linker fused to a peptide that I expect to dock with a certain part of my protein and I'd like to simulate them as one unit rather than having to separate them apart and dock them that way. Is that something that could be done? Thanks for any help or guidance you can offer on this. I know it's a fairly specific use case.
