We have made huge progress on this. It is not indexed or linked from our main website.

https://greenstand.org/docs/ (this is done by phil and is updated via FTP access to the server.)
https://greenstand.org/documentation (this landing page is done by @Davidezrajay with a copy and past from Github into Type 3 and links to the files that Phil uploaded via FTP access)
