A team responsible for building a framework around the documentation needs for the project.

Suggested Team Positions:

  • Lead - responsible for making informed strategic discissions to guide the over all completion of the project - Suggested (time zone)
  • Project Manager - responsible for project management, such as defining keeping the project moving, defining tasks, dependencies, milestones and required team mem - suggest (Alice)
  • Wrangler - responsible for sourcing talent for specific parts of the project.

Example of how this could function if the lead decided to use Github Pages:

  1. Lead makes the decision to display MD using Github Pages
  2. Project Manager define the steps, critical tasks and skills required.
  3. Wrangler - help find the talent (such as designer and github pages developer), makes sure contributors don't get stuck, and replaces the contributor when critical tasks are not being completed.
