New reporting card (captures matched)

We need to show the matched captures in the reporting card screen.

This is the current rough idea.
select count() from treetracker.capture where tree_id notnull; -447,877
select count() from treetracker.tree; --443028
— (my assumption) = 4849 captures made.

Should this be implemented as an API endpoint? For the reporting API?
