To be able to import code from external repo.

Currently we are using code under folder lib, and we are buliding a more general codebase here: https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-functions so we need to find a good way to import code from that repo, which means, in a dag, we can import a function from the treetracker-function repository.
