We need to deploy our web app (under /apps/web) to our dev env: https://wallet-dev.treetracker.org

Need to build next.js as a static website
Deploy to s3 bucket
Use aws cloudfront to do CDN ( similar to what we did for the admin panel https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-admin-client)
