Lignite processing, and an alternative to some vanilla potions

I originally created this for the Impact modpack but I think it would fit nicely in the mod

As you can see one of the byproducts has a very interesting use, I also detailed that chain

I think we could have this give the player Haste, Speed, Jump Boost, and a high saturation when consumed, vanilla potions don't really make any sense and I think giving the option of making more powerful, useful and realistic alternatives could be quite fun.

Paracetamol could be used as a healing potion alternative, or just to remove potions effect
