Setup Actions to support testing and building push of new features onto main.

Goals

  • Create new issue requesting documentation updates on pull request
  • Implement CI/CD practices
  • Automated version monitoring, requests to update change log

CI/CD practices to implement include:

  • Run tests on pull requests
  • Displays test statistics
  • Show testing coverage
