Any chance on supporting the BTT Pandatouch? #825

We need to have the pin mappings and specs for the screen and touch controller... It seems this is closed hardware, so if that is the case it will need be reverse engineered. While the device seems nice, without proper hardware documentation, it will be hard to get it working. |

I suspect the best way to help would be to buy one and take it apart to work out the hardware mappings. It’s certainly an interesting device. |

Well, the task of taking the thing apart was easier than expected. One image showing the complete board: More details in the attached zip. Obviously they are selling the same hardware for Klipper-based printers, called "K-Touch". ( https://bttwiki.com/Klipper%20Touch.html ) There are instructions on youtube to make a k-touch from a panda touch. Github link for Panda Touch: https://github.com/bigtreetech/PandaTouch Anything else I can do? |

Hello,
sorry for asking, I just thought it would be nice - the device is built on an ESP32-S3 ( https://bttwiki.com/PandaTouch.html#specifications ), and has built-in battery and comes with case and docking station - good for the WAF :-)
The supplied battery makes it easy to carry your openHASP with you - and this way your HomeAssistant too. Just buy additional docking plates and you only need one or two screens for your home.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about the screen or the touch controller.
AliExpress is selling them around 50 to 60 bucks.
I'm not into hardware on that level - how could I possibly help anyway?
