Reorganize the main menu and submenus

The c172p-team plans to rearrange its aircraft specific menus.

I think this is a good Idea, and besides the consistency-argument, our menus are also a little unorganised as well and may benefit from a better structure.

Also, the failure dialog is already... huge. It may benefit from reformatting too. Maybe even some canvas based dialog utilizing the tab widget?
