Project Node Version Upgrade

Describe the bug
Currently the project supports node version 14 and fails for higher node version(especially frontend)

Expectation
Upgrade the project to work with node version 18/20 (both frontend and backend). Make sure to test it properly so that it doesn't break any existing functionality.
