health report tab updating

i have noticed that users expect that window to update instantly. I am not sure that we can do instant refresh here, but we can do on demand refresh, and or make it clear that this information only updates when model is being opened.

cc: @gschleusner @dbaldacchino Which option do you prefer? Manual refresh button or little message that states that this will be refreshed on next restart?
