How much is in the submission

Just asking because it doesn't seem clear, but does the submission only need to
contain the 9 PDF graphs that we create, or the entire working directory?
I thought it would be the former, but the submission script you provided requires
the latter to run correctly. Thanks.

Yes, you need to include the code as well. I put the explicit Task things just to
show that the graphs needed to be created and must have that name, but the
underlying code should be included as well.
