At the moment invalid APC messages are filtered in APC sink, however those messages are not saved to blob storage for further analysis in HFP Analytics.

To make invalid APC messages available for HFP Analytics, save invalid APC messages to blob storage using the same logic as invalid HFP messages are saved in blob storege.
