1.摄像头及phy芯片直接使用晶振，去除单片机上的DCMI_MCLK、ETH_MCLK引脚
2.spi屏幕的LEDA与LEDK极性颠倒
3.PHY：ETH_RXER未使用，可移除
4.摄像头：SCL SDA建议更换引脚，因占用了串口引脚
5.DCMI：DCMI_PWND未使用，可移除
6.建议更换PHY芯片
