Github Actions now need permissions

I had to add this:

permissions:
  contents: write

to the output of the Github Actions page for HUMG to be able to commit the updated badges.

I had this issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73687176/permission-denied-to-github-actionsbot-the-requested-url-returned-error-403

I think we should update the output of the Github actions form. What do you think @PonteIneptique?
