Now that all the components are complete, it's time to clean up the Sponsib page!!!

Acceptance Criteria:

Match spacing between sections with spacing in the designs
Ensure total responsiveness of all sections (particularly the past sponsor section)

This ticket will require you to be very detail-oriented. Be sure to thoroughly examine and test this page!
