Prevent people who haven't confirmed their email or completed their profile from accessing applications #15

If a user hasn't confirmed their email or completed their profile with their name, they shouldn't be able to access any of our applications. Our applications should have redirectors in place to redirect back to login.hexlabs.org if they fail the security check.
