draw a rectangle, select, resize, and drag to move
Must behave appropriately if the anchor points are dragged past each other r(flipping orientation)
Middle anchor point functionality

(Rotation can be handled by a details side bar)

The codebase has been extensively refactored since this issue was closed. Hence the rectangle tool no longer works.

Update the tool and shape files to support drawing rectangles.

Follow how it is done in Polygon.js and Shape.js
Add/Update event listeners in eventlisteners.js
