Job Posters need to be able to format their posts

Describe the bug
Jobs are being displayed as one big block of text, with no paragraphs or - if bullets are included - the bullets are all showing up one after another with no line breaks. Job Posters need to be able to use markdown or perhaps a WYSIWYG editor to format their posts to make them easier to read.

Once we support markdown, we should give Job Posters a heads up by saying something similar to what LLC says on their job board:
