Log file changes to `file_audit.log` #188

As noted in Haidra-Org/horde-model-reference#74, I would like to see hordelib make entries in an audit file which include the following information:

add/change/delete of a model
the original and new
- last modified date
- hash
- source url
- filesize

This would help track down issues when the surrounding logic fails.
