[FR] Add utility scripts for SRT for performance (CPU usage) measurement #3127

Need to add scripts that allow doing performance measurement.

The application should be running as the only SRT instance and only with SRT in one direction.

The script should be recording the CPU usage and allow to make a graph with performance results.
