No. OpenWeatherMap does not calculate this upstream, so I'll need to calculate it locally. It's a fairly complex formula, so I've been waiting to do it until the rest of the functionality is present; but it is planned.

As much as I want to support this, there is no good way for me to do so (the OWM API reports some things in just an odd enough way, that it's quite difficult) without adding some very unnecessary things (e.g., making strfweather() aware of the scale in use).

I'm going to leave the issue open for now, as I hope to eventually get OWM to actually provide the value upstream. But, if they will not, then this issue will be closed.
