How to reproduce the exception

  1. Download a texlive.iso and install it on an apple silicon mac
  2. Install TeXiFy-IDEA in IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3 RC (Ultimate Edition)
  3. Create a latex project
  4. Try to write sth and you'll find nothing suggested

The full stacktrace of the exception thrown

Cannot run program "mthelp": error=2, No such file or directory

Thanks for reporting this, where do you see this error exactly? It is not supposed to show up anywhere.
Is there nothing suggested at all in the autocompletion? e.g. if you type \documentcl is there no suggestion?
