Item tracker: Change font size

This was asked for a couple of times. Font is very small when the tracker is is enlarged a decent amount, would be cool to have a slider for this.

Looked into this last night, it is stupidly complicated with ImGui.

Basically we’re just going to have to load in the same font 3 or 4 times at different sizes and have a slider that switches between using the different loaded fonts

If it can't be done through the font size, we should be able to scale the entire ImGui element right?

This would be a great feature. :) On 4K resolutions it's impossible to see the text without a magnifier. :)

Would it be OK to load the font at the right size on startup? I think folk would be happy even if the feature would require a restart.
