AppImage build for ARM architectures #3706

I managed to compile everything on my Tinkerboard S with Armbian. It seems the build by default runs with multiple jobs, but while the Tinkerboard has 4 cores, there's only 2 GB of RAM. Running It also runs, but performance does not seem optimal in some scenes, maybe I need to play with the settings. |

I was able to compile this on a Raspberry Pi 5 but I haven't been able to run it. That said, I'm not using plain old Raspbian, I'm using RGB-Pi OS4 and X11 is not used there... If anything changes, I'll update the discussion. |

It would be awesome if we could run this on a Raspberry Pi with Lakka, RetroPie, RGB-Pi OS or some other OS. I've been trying to cross-build with no luck yet (on my linux laptop)
If you guys can get a Pi with 8GB of RAM to build this directly in there, I can assure you I'll personally test everything related to it. My main goal is RGB-Pi so I'm willing to modify all of the UI (menus, fonts, etc) you have created so it can fit in a resolution of 320x180 (the best resolution for CRT TVs).
Update: a friend was able to compile SoH on his 8GB Raspberry Pi 4 (with RGB-Pi OS4). It fails to execute because Xorg is not present. If anything, I'll update this again. This is somehow related.
