[Enhancement] A "Crispy" toggle for when playing with Internal Resolution below 100%

Here is what the game looks like when set to 25% resolution (which I should add should be a usable value via imGUI and not just via editing the JSON file)

Here is what it would look like if whatever caused the blurriness were disabled

For some people (like me) the second option looks better, and would work great as a "PSX Mode" kind of filter.
