Preview does not open when command is performed, but open in browser does work.

The preview doesn't open when ^Q S is pressed, the command is selected in the Command Palette, or the extension is selected from the bottom of the window. However, the 'open in browser' command does work. I'm not sure if this is because of an update to VS Code, but please fix it as this is an extension that would be very helpful to me.

(note: I was not in Restricted mode. I find that feature annoying.)
