Optimize

Reduce the number of queries made to the graph without impacting performance too much. The pricing model is $$ per query, so making fewer queries will produce a smaller bill.

This needs more definition, and probably needs to be broken up into the parts of the app that need the most love, so it isn't such a major undertaking.
