- Add deployment pipeline
- Add docker build (no publish, only verify that build works)
- Add security/etc. scanning
- Only publish new version when code/iac is changed. Documenation updates should not trigger version update.

Roadmap

Add multi server support
- Each server should have separate image sources per channels
Add API for ignoring images
When new blobs are added, trigger image index update
