[Bug]: Docker compose, running locally

What happened?

Not sure what the build process is to vet a clean build and docker compose instance but based on a clean install and issuing a docker-compose up as per the instructions, there are some errors throughout. Too numerous to enumerate here. Suggest the team have a closer look and tighten up the process of committing code as well as ensuring the build runs fine in containers (as in exercise a clean clone and follow the instructions to see if it works as expected)
