How to edit UserHistoryDictionary

Hi. I want to edit and add custom words to UserHistoryDictionary (in the keyboard, not in the Android dictionary). Is there any information on how to do it?

Roughly: you type the word and some separator, and do not delete it right afterwards (this will trigger some sort of undo).
