windows capture plugin occupies a lot of cpu

it seems that windows capture exampleusage.update() use a lot of cpu，cause fps to drop to only 30
so I wonder if there is a way to fix this?

I‘ve replaced the screen capture plugin with the one in the following link

and problem solved，no more low fps
